Recurring Transactions
For recurring billing (e.g., subscriptions), you must authorize charges:
Authorization: I allow NOVA to charge my payment method on the agreed schedule until I cancel in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing date via support@novatab.com.
Recurring payments cannot be modified once submitted.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Chargebacks may incur fees; follow the dispute process in the Refund Policy.
Privacy and Security
Payments are processed via PCI DSS–compliant Worldpay/Payrix systems. NOVA does not store full card or bank account details; sensitive data is tokenized.
