NOVA Platform (“NOVA”) ensures quality service for all transactions processed through our platform. This policy applies to orders placed via restaurant websites or mobile apps powered by NOVA.
No Refunds for Completed Orders
All sales are final once a restaurant fulfills an order, except where required by law.
Disputes with Restaurants
For issues with incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory orders, contact the restaurant directly. If unresolved, email NOVA at support@novatab.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Technical Errors
Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by NOVA’s system will be refunded or credited to the merchant partner if reported within 7 days.
Legal Compliance
NOVA complies with applicable consumer protection laws mandating refunds.
Requesting a Refund
Email support@novatab.com with:
- Name and order number
- Transaction date and amount
- Issue description
We’ll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
