Delivery Policy
Nova facilitates online orders through our platform. We do not provide delivery services. All deliveries are handled directly by third-party delivery providers selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
- Order Processing: In most cases, customers complete payment via a third-party delivery provider. Orders are transmitted to the chosen delivery provider for fulfillment. If customers place an online order via Nova directly, payment is captured by Nova.
- Delivery Terms: Delivery times, fees, and conditions are determined by the third-party delivery provider, not Nova. Customers should refer to the delivery provider’s terms for details on tracking, delays, or issues.
- Responsibility: Nova is not responsible for delivery-related issues, including delays, damages, or non-delivery. Any delivery concerns should be addressed directly with the delivery provider.
- Refunds: Refunds for issues related to food or drink quality are handled by Nova per our refund policy. Delivery-related refund requests must be directed to the third-party delivery provider.
